What Are Fillers?

DragonFly MedSpa Filler Procedure Process

Filler procedures at DragonFly MedSpa are performed in as little as 30-60 minutes and can be combined with other services, such as Botox, Jeuveau, Lip and Eyebrow Threads.  After your consultation, you will be topically numbed with our pharmacy compounded numbing creme, in the area to be treated.

Your filler is then injected, usually through a cannula (small tube like needle) to minimize pain, swelling, bruising and allowing the product to be administered in more directions, without multiple injections.  At DragonFly MedSpa, we want your experience to be as comfortable as possible, so you can focus on your beautiful results.

Your dermal filler results are immediate, but swelling for up to 72 hours is common – we recommend icing for the first 48 hours, then warm compresses after.  Discomfort is minimal, if any and Tylenol may be taken, if there is any discomfort.  We like to see our patients back in 2 weeks, after filler has set in – at that time, if you desire more volume, you can simply have more dermal filler added.
